Kelly A. Scotto

Operations Manager, AHC

Kelly A. Scotto manages the day-to-day operations of AHC. Overseeing company scheduling, Kelly makes sure that all projects meet outlined milestones by tracking progress at each stage of development. In addition to maintaining the company financials, Kelly provides value to clients by analyzing project budgets focusing on estimated vs. actual cost. Working closely with our attorneys, Kelly assists in the preparation of real estate closing documents, as well as manages all Minority and Women Owned Business/Section 3 reporting. Her comprehensive experience with a variety of construction related services, including grant writing and the preparation of multi-million-dollar construction contracts, serves as an asset to each project. Kelly has accomplished an Associate of Science degree in Accounting, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Private Sector Accounting, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Over the years, Kelly has become a cornerstone to the success of our projects, keeping them on schedule and on budget. An integral part of our business team, Kelly is a hands-on professional who prides herself on being readily accessible to each and every client and project.
